The major drawback was that they didn't have plus sizes, and they were out of several things in the kids sizes I was looking for. I keep hoping to save myself from having to order online, but I tend to return Internet purchases to this store way more than I actually buy something there. For the only Old Navy in the area, I don't understand why they don't carry the full range of sizes.
