Dad decided that he wanted to exchange for a different model...went to exchange and was charged $90 to "restock". The box wasn't opened, and my mom had just purchased late last week. Save your money and purchase your Apple products directly from Apple or even from Fred's or Sam's Club! This family will never do business here again.
