  Whatever you do don't go in there looking like a real Alaskan, or dressed down because your in the middle of a remodel and have thinset in your hair and sawdust on your clothes - you could wave a BLACK AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD and pass out $100.00 bills and you still wouldn't get any assistance! Once you track a sales person down you may want to think about hog tying them or they;ll disappear never to be seen again.....ohhhh, unless you actually purchase something, then they're right there to make sure they get their commission!

  I had Florcraft work on my home in Fairbanks. They changed carpet and vinyl in my kitchen, dining room, living room, and bedroom. I can't believe how helpful and fast they were! They gave me a timeline of 3 days and finished in 1 1/2 . They were kind, courteous, and friendly. Keith and Ed did the installation and they took amazing care with my baseboards, my wall paint, and my personal belongings (which I'm sure were in their way!). I would absolutely use them again. The finished job is beautiful!!!
